This is Flaca
Flaca was found wandering near a rubbish dump a few days ago..
We don't know her story but she is quite old and has Leishmania.
This disease is treatable if caught early but Flaca has probably had it for years and will probably not improve.
It is an expensive disease to treat so her owners probably couldn't, or wouldn't, pay for the treatment so abandoned her to die.
Flaca will be treated to make her more comfortable and she will live out the rest of her life in the refuge..
